Chrysopetro Rooms to Let and Thalina Hotel are located 30 km from the airport, 40 km from Samos and 17 km from Karlovasi port in the coastal area of Ormos. You can come here by bus linking the area with the central parts of the island, by taxi or by rented car.

Marathokampos, one of the largest villages of the island is only 4 km north and gazes from above, imperious and impressive. Worth a visit on foot and enjoy the wonderful natural trail, old mansions and traditional cobblestone streets. From here it is very easy to visit the cave of the ancient Pythagoras at the foothills of Mount Kerki, and the old monastery of Evangelistria. At a distance of less than one kilometer from the rooms at you can find Ormos Marathokambos bay, one of the most picturesque villages on the island that holds the memories of times past, with a rich maritime tradition, since here were one of the largest shipyards on the island and the commercial port of Ormos. From here there is a connection by ferry-boat for a day trip to Patmos, Samiopoula and other islands. You will have your coffee in the dawn, waiting for the fishing boats and you will be able to discuss with the hospitable locals. In the evening you can walk to a lovely paved promenade and dine in one of the many taverns.
Kambos Marathokambou (less than one kilometer west) will surely amaze you with its many cafes, bars and clubs.
